Last week, shark was on sale. I've only had shark once and my husband, never. So, we picked up a loin steak because it looked fabulous and carted it home for dinner that night. That turned out to be a fantastic idea. The shark was extremely moist and flavorful, "sharky" but not overly so. Definitely worthwhile.

Serves 2
Combine miso, soy sauce, sugar and water in a ziptop bag or shallow dish. Add shark, turning to coat all sides. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Remove shark to a baking dish, pour over remaining marinade. Broil 4 to 6" away from heat for 5 minutes per side or until it flakes.
Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
