Guacamole with Tomatoes
- 1 large, ripe Hass avocado
- 1/2 medium white onion, finely chopped
- 1 large or 2 regular cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 Roma tomato, or similar, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 jalapeno or serrano, seeded and minced
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1 pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mash together thoroughly.
