Pomegranate Salad

• red onion, minced
• 1/4 to 1/2 ripe Hass avocado, chopped, per person
• spinach, arugula or mixed greens
• sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
• pomegranate arils (about 1/6th of a typical fruit per person)
• hard-boiled egg, chopped
• your favorite vinaigrette

Combine everything in a salad bowl and toss well.
