Makes about 3/4 cup
- 6 - 7 large cloves of roasted garlic (about half a head or a little more), minced
- 1 large clove of raw garlic, crushed
- 2 - 3 green onions, finely minced OR 1 tsp dried chives
- 1/4 cup mayo
- about 1/2 cup sour cream
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and chill until needed.
